Supplier Verification Process

Every supplier must be verified; we only work with large established wholesalers, distributors, and brands.

If not already known, the supplier’s corporate information are checked to confirm the identity of the business. This includes photos of their warehouse, operations, and identification of key stakeholders.

Our company verification process involves comprehensive due diligence checks to ensure a track record of product quality, process excellence, and service. The review includes analyzing key business metrics such as annual turnover, fulfillment rate and customer satisfaction.

When ingesting a stock list for the first time, we use machine learning to map EANs and check for discrepancies between supplier prices and expected wholesale values. Any product data issues are identified, and suspicious pricing outliers are flagged for followup investigation.

Subsequently, we integrate directly to supplier APIs to enable real-time data synchronization between supplier stocklists and Qogita.

We refresh supplier stocklist data every 30 minutes to ensure our offering is up to date.

Our API integrations ensure suppliers are alerted as soon as an order is placed, so it can be processed and fulfilled accurately according to their live stock levels.

After passing all these checks, a supplier may be onboarded to Qogita.

From this point, our supplier success team is responsible for working together with the supplier to improve performance on an ongoing basis. This includes continuously providing insights about key metrics including fulfillment rate, delivery time, claim rate and stocklist freshness
